SCA (NSW) members please take note, the Building Professionals Board has advised that amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 started from 2 October 2015 and related to fire safety reports.
Savings and transitional provisions associated with these changes require some certifying authorities to take action within the next 28 days.
