To access the Strata Works Agreement you must be a financial member of Strata Community Association (NSW). This is not available to any other state or non member. A copy of the Strata Works Agreement is only available by direct contact with our membership team. You must complete the form below and submit. Make sure your details are all correct and completed. A member of the team will then contact you within 2 working days to arrange a copy of the Strata Works Agreement to be registered to you.
