SCA (NSW) strives to ensure that all strata manager members are able to deliver
services to the public that are of the highest professional and ethical standard.
Strata Community Association (NSW) is the peak industry body for Strata and Community Title Management in New South Wales and proudly fulfils the dual roles of a professional institute and consumer advocate.
Membership includes strata managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry.
SCA (NSW) has in excess of 3,000 members who help oversee, advise or manage a combined property portfolio with an estimated replacement value of over $400 Billion.
Being a member of a professional association shows clients and customers strong ethical standards and a commitment, in this case, to providing services to the strata and community title industry. In return, the professional association provides a commitment to supporting its members be the best they can in their roles.
