SCA (NSW) offers members the benefit of specialist strata advice from an Industry Expert.

All SCA (NSW) members are bound by a Code of Ethics. The Code is a public statement of the principles, values and behaviour expected of members. The objective of the Code is to promote and encourage a high standard of ethical practice by members in their dealings with other members, clients, their employers and members of the public.

Whilst this Code does not attempt to list every possible ethical issue that may arise, it does set out clear requirements for the conduct of Members.

Failure to comply with this Code means that Members may be subject to disciplinary procedures as set out in the Code.

Allegations of breach of the Code must be made in writing to the SCA (NSW) Office with using the Complaint Management Form by either of the following means:
