Remember: If you are a member of the SCA (NSW), you are also a member of the Professional Standards Scheme (PSS). This membership requires you to not only complete your CPD hours but also to fulfil mandatory PSS requirements.

Class 1 and Class 2 Agents

There are two options for Class 1 and Class 2 Agents to meet CPD compliance hours requirements.

Class 1 & 2 Agents

PART 1 | COMPULSORY REQUIREMENT:
4 subjects (3 hours) online on-demand courses.

Available to access anytime, the Education Centre’s platform provides a selection of online, on-demand courses to help fulfil your CPD requirements, delivering flexible online learning at a time and location of your convenience.

PART 2 | COMPULSORY REQUIREMENT:
1 hour interactive session

Also appearing on the 2023 calendar is our live webinar – occurring four times throughout the year – and our convention education session. This allows participants to schedule the session to suit their timings and interact with trainers and presenters.

These sessions are 1-hour long and contribute towards your CPD requirements.

Assistant Agents

There are no changes for Assistant Agents, who are still required to complete at least 3 units each CPD year from a valid Certificate IV qualification that is required for the issue of a Class 2 Agent licence.

Delivery Requirements

If you fail to meet the NSW Fair Trading delivery requirements on compulsory subjects as listed above, SCA (NSW) offers an alternative solution. Contact us for more information at education.nsw@strata.community.

Class 1 & 2 CPD Packages

These packages include the necessary CPD training mandated by the Department of Fair Trading, along with an additional complimentary 3-hour PSS compulsory modules. All of this is available for $349 plus GST for members or $400 plus GST for non members.

Assistant Agents

Assistant agents can also take advantage of our exclusive PSS bundle, which includes 2 mandatory subjects for a duration of 2 hours, all for the member only price of $99 plus GST or $150 plus GST for non members.

Face-to-Face Sessions

The face-to-face sessions and roadshows listed here are available for the member only price of $449 plus GST per person.
