SCA (NSW) President Chris Duggan was invited recently to talk about the changes to the strata laws with Peter Switzer during his program on 2UE. This followed an article in the Sydney Morning Herald that said apartment owners would be able to turn their assets into more valuable assets.
Chris was called on to confirm and discuss how this would work. Chris explains this is all part of the new strata renewal laws. They go on to discuss various scenarios and how they would work under the new legislation.
