The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) has released its first Annual Report for 2014. Download a copy – NCAT Annual Report 2014.
NCAT commenced operations from 1 January 2014 and amalgamates 22 tribunals into one.
In the six months to 30 June 2014, NCAT received 39,509 applications, had 51,487 hearings and 40,873 applications were finalised.
