Topic Overview

Establishing robust policies and procedures surround data collection and storage is important, this session will cover the legalities of such and how to appropriately educate employees to adhere to the rules of the business and the law.

Resources will be made available that can be used as a guideline for business practice.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will gain an understanding of:

• How to establish and maintain policies and procedures to protect business and client data
• What data and documentation are available for a standard document search pursuant to Sections 182 and 183 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015
• Application of APP guidelines.

Upon successful completion of assessments, students will receive their Certificates via email, and can download them from the SCA e-Learning Platform at their convenience.
