SCA (NSW) has provided the NSW Government with a full and frank submission in response to the draft Strata Schemes Management Bill. There are a number of concerns raised which are addressed in the introduction of the submission, these include new provisions which are in direct conflict to other legislation governing all agents in relation to rules of conduct, ethics, and so on.
