- Cladding
The NSW Cladding Task-force has investigated over 185,000 buildings and all apartments with aluminium and polystyrene cladding were required to register on an EPA website by 22 February 2019. This session covers the developments in the legal area, developments in the legal arena, practical steps for managers and the consequences for owners’ corporations.
- Fire Safety
An important part of a Managers roll is dealing with the fire safety measures for occupants of strata schemes. This session covers what managers need to know about the installation, certification, upgrades and AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statements) for these measures.
