I am currently the Managing Director and CEO of Netstrata Pty Ltd. Netstrata employs 61 staff members of whom over 30 are licensed strata managing agents. The company has a portfolio of 999 strata properties under management, incorporating 29,600 lots.
My strata career commenced in 1996 as a strata manager, and I progressed to become the Management Services Director in 2000. In 2005 I was appointed as Managing Director and Licensee-in-Charge.
Having more than 22 years’ experience in the property and strata management industry, I am a licensed strata managing agent, real estate agent, and a registered property valuer.
My commitment to learning and development in strata management is paramount, and is demonstrated through having regularly lectured at TAFE NSW and for SCA (NSW) on strata and community title management. I also hold regular seminars for property managers to increase their understanding of strata maintenance.
I also sit on an industry working group where my peers have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas for best practice and innovation.

With a growing business, Peter now has a strong and supportive team in place to manage the day to day operational elements. This has enabled him to focus his role on growing the business as well as contributing to the strata industry. The recent award received for Strata Community Association (NSW) best medium sized business demonstrates that Peter is running a successful strata management business and can add significant value to the member base. Peter would welcome the opportunity to be a part of the Strata Community Association (NSW) Board of Directors.
Emily has been a proactive member of the strata industry for 13 years. Emily is focussed on ensuring members are compliant, educated and that they understand their ongoing responsibilities under the licensing changes, and to have the support they require.
I’ve been in the strata sector for 20 years and I remain passionate about what we do. I believe this is due to the constant change and evolution of our sector, as well as the fact that I enjoy problem solving and coming up with thought provoking ideas.
I feel that the time is right for me to contribute and give back to the industry that has afforded me a great career.
As the Regional General Manager and Licensee in Charge of Strata Plus North I oversee the teams of 3 offices and a diverse regional client base. Hence, my involvement would give a regional perspective and assist the SCA NSW Board by broadening the diversity of thinking from the membership. Over the years I’ve come to know many principals, both competitors and suppliers which is very useful as it provides me with a base to “check in” on ideas and concepts.
I am a Practising Strata Community Manager (SCA level 3 accredited), having obtained my license in 2007. I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and I’m a Justice of the Peace.
People describe my approach as amiable, pragmatic and no fuss. I can make a difference based on my demonstrated “can do” growth mindset together with being an advocate for humour to assist in easing the tension that often results in our sector.
