Chairman and founder of Dynamic Property Services, Wally Patterson was named Leader of the Industry of the Year in 2012.
With a strong background in business and financial management Wally has been a member of ISTM/SCA for over 22 years, including Senior Vice President, Board Member and office holder of both ISTM and the former National institute.
In 2003 Wally received the ISTM President’s Award for his outstanding contribution to the industry over many years. His commitment to the industry has never wavered.
Wally is has also been a member of the UDIA Strata & Community Development Policy Advisory Group, (which he Chaired for 10 years) as well as the CTTT Consultative Forum and the Strata Industry Working Group.
Wally was a founding member of the ISTM Benchmarking Trust Foundation, holds an Australian Insurance Institute Diploma, Company Directors Diploma and has completed the CAI’s ‘Essentials of Community Association Management’ course in the United States.
He is a Foundation Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
