LICENCE FOR STRATA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (NSW) LIMITED STRATA WORKS AGREEMENT – VERSION 2018 Terms & Conditions

To access the Strata Works Agreement you must be a financial member of Strata Community Association (NSW). This is not available to any other state or non member.

A copy of the Strata Works Agreement is only available by direct contact with our membership team. You must complete the form below and submit. Make sure your details are all correct and completed.

A member of the team will then contact you within 2 working days to arrange a copy of the Strata Works Agreement to be registered to you

I, being an authorised representative of the Strata Managers Chapter and/or the Strata Services Chapter (Nominated Member) agree that the Strata Works Agreement(s) provided will be used by the Nominated Member in the normal conduct of its strata business only and for as long as the Nominated Member remains a financial Member of Strata Community Association (NSW) Limited (SCA (NSW)). The Nominated Member may make amendments to the template Strata Works Agreement, by hand alterations or by attached special conditions, to reflect terms agreed with specific clients. However, the Nominated Member does so at its own risk, is responsible for obtaining its own legal advice in relation to the implications of such amendments and releases SCA (NSW) from any liability in relation to such amendments. Should the Nominated Member resign their membership of SCA (NSW), become un- financial or have their membership cancelled, then the Nominated Member undertakes to return or destroy all SCA (NSW) copyright material and will thereafter cease use of the Agreement(s) or offer the Strata Works Agreement to schemes until the Members membership of SCA (NSW) is re-instated. Where an Agreement is in force at the time membership ceased, it will only remain valid until the expiry date of the then current term and will not be valid for any rollover period. With effect from Wednesday 8th August 2018 the Nominated Member is no longer permitted to enter into a new agreement using previous versions of the Strata Works Agreement(s) and may only do so using the Agreement(s) version the subject of this licence. The Nominated Member acknowledges that it may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create works derivative of the Strata Works Agreement(s), nor alter or modify any disabling mechanism which may be resident in the Strata Works Agreement(s). It also acknowledges that it may not sub- licence, rent, lease, commercialise or indirectly permit any third party to use or copy the Strata Works Agreement(s).
