If you are a training provider and would like one of your courses to qualify for PSS hours, please email our team at education.nsw@strata.community

If you are a member of the SCA you are also a member of the Professional Standards Scheme

This means we will strive each year to update and upskill your professional development and knowledge with increased training requirements.

Under the professional standards scheme anyone who holds a qualification and deals with Strata customers is required to complete the following (in addition to their Fair Trading CPD requirements).

SCA (NSW) offers fortnightly webinars which you can join free of charge to gain your PSS hours all you have to do is register here.

Don’t forget to add this to your calendar so you never miss a session!

As well as the Wednesday webinars, SCA (NSW) Members who volunteer their time, expertise and knowledge with SCA (NSW) and are giving back to the industry such as participating in SCA (NSW) boards and committees, presenting at SCA (NSW) delivered training events, training SCA (NSW) Members or otherwise actively involved with the development of relevant professional development content for SCA (NSW), are being awarded PSS Hours as follows:

External Training and training you undertake with your business may also qualify for PSS Hours if they meet the required framework as below.

 * If you are counting the training towards your fair trading CPD it cannot be counted again under PSS Hours.
