The principal, David Bannerman, founded the company in 2007 and has grown to a team of 35+ in that period. David is an accredited property law specialist and has played an active role in the industry for over 15 years.

The firm has been involved with Strata Community Australia (SCA) NSW from 2007 and has ensured that its staff are highly involved with the board and committees. David Bannerman has been on the board for SCA NSW for the past ten years and volunteers countless hours and knowledge to help with industry grow and better educate its members.

The most unique quality of the firm that demonstrated our excellence would have to be our innovations. For example, in 2016 when the strata reform was fast approaching our amazing team developed the Bannermans Compliance Package, (BCP) and designed it specifically for strata managers to assist, help and guide managers through the biggest changes in strata law and strata management they have had to face in 30 years.

With 100+ firms signing up and over 10,000 visits to the portal, this easily gave us a unique approach to educating the industry and assisting them with the strata reform.

The Bannermans Compliance Pack won the 2017 Excellence in Innovation Award and we endeavour to win many more including our new renovation by-law platform – DIY By-Laws.
