Learning Outcomes:
Participants will gain an understanding of the legislation governing remedial works to strata title properties, and how strata management professionals can effectively manage a remedial works process – from the tender process through to engaging contractors, signing contracts, and project-managing the building works – to ensure that works are carried out efficaciously and risks are minimised.
