Topic Overview
Ensuring that a strata agency delivers what is promised when tendering for a site is important. This topic will highlight agency best practices for marketing and quality control.

- How to best position yourself to deliver on agreed service levels
- How to construct an appropriate management agency agreement for a scheme
- How to establish auditing and quality control metrics
- How to identify opportunities for agency improvement
- How to establish a robust feedback regime where clients can constructively suggest areas of improvement
