New City of Sydney strata forums

City of Sydney Council is providing a great opportunity for the strata community to come together to brainstorm and plan better ways of working with the multitude of newly established and future apartment dwellers in the Green Square district. If you currently manage or are about to manage a property in Zetland, Beaconsfield, Waterloo, Rosebery and Alexandria, then this Roundtable is for you. Feel free to invite your Building Managers or Owners Corporation executives.

Venue – Green Square Library, Tote Building, 100 Joynton Ave, Zetland (Top floor meeting room)

SAFE & SECURE VERTICAL COMMUNITIES

Come along with your neighbours, strata and building managers to a free morning tea and information session on the best ways to keep safe in your community.

Hear first-hand from guest speakers from Redfern Police, Crime Stoppers and Fire and Emergency Services and join in the conversation about common scams and safety issues and ways to protect yourself and your property.

This is also a great opportunity  to brainstorm some ideas with your neighbours and owners corporation members and representatives on ways of working together to making your building an even better place to live through improved energy efficiency, community gardening projects, maximising the use of our shared communal spaces and any other great idea your building has successfully undertaken.
