Pre-Poll & Proxy Voting

If you can’t attend the face-to-face AGM we invite you to lodge your Proxy or Pre-Poll Voting form online. To lodge the voting form, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Pre-Poll Voting Form or
2. Download the Proxy Form
3. Fill in the form
4. Lodge the form via email to president.nsw@strata.community

SCA (NSW) Pre-Poll Notes 

Note 1: The Pre-Poll Voting form must be deposited at the registered office of SCA (NSW) not less than 48 hours before the time of commencement of the meeting in accordance to the notice of meeting, that is, by 8.00am Tuesday 17 October 2023.

Note 2: In accordance with clause 50 (b) of the Constitution of SCA (NSW) Associate members have no right to vote at the general meeting of the Company.
