Topic Overview

This session highlights the key differences between the management of a Community, Neighbourhood, or Precinct Association from that of a Strata Scheme. Key differences will be highlighted, and a summary of the proposed Community Land Management Bill/Act 2020 will be explored.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will gain an understanding of:

• Key management differences to appropriately manage an association.
• Association management statements and what these statements must provide for.
• Key proposed amendments of the Community Land Management Act Legislation.

Assessments are multiple-choice. Access to assessments is provided to students on the SCA e-Learning Platform.

Upon successful completion of assessments, students will receive their Certificates via email, and can download them from the SCA e-Learning Platform at their convenience.
