Topic Overview:

Learn what Accrual Accounting is, when does it generally get done, and what the advantages and disadvantages are.

Learning Outcomes: 

Be able to identify the types of buildings or occasions that accrual accounting may be needed, or of assistance to a scheme/strata manager. Understand the difference between financials that have been done on a cash basis and those on an accrued basis.

Assessment Delivery and Certificates 

Assessments are multiple-choice. Access to assessments is provided to students on the SCA e-Learning Platform.

Upon successful completion of assessments, students will receive their Certificates via email, and can download them from the SCA e-Learning Platform at their convenience.
