Topic Overview
In line with the changes to the property licensing regime in 2020, this session will examine the expectations of Class 1 Licence holders with respect to employee supervision. Included will be practical examples of how to manage processes such as the end-of-month reconciliation.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain an understanding of:
- The supervision requirements, including what must take place when the LIC is not in the business for an extended period
- End of month reconciliation
- Dealing with trust accounts
- How to properly supervise staff and have contingencies set up for future growth or absence of the LIC
- Understand Principal Licensee role
Assessment Delivery and Certificates
Assessments are multiple-choice. Access to assessments is provided to students on the SCA e-Learning Platform.
Upon successful completion of assessments, students will receive their Certificates via email, and can download them from the SCA e-Learning Platform at their convenience.
