This session explores employee rights and employer responsibilities guided by Fair Work Australia and relevant Modern Awards. You will receive general employment law best practice, relevant guidelines and where to locate tools and information. Performance management trends will be examined, as well as what the basic rights and responsibilities of employees are in the property industry. Attendees will be provided the resources to understand performance management processes, including probation period management through to the drafting and management of a performance plan for underperforming
