Accreditation for Strata Managers

Accreditation

The Strata Community Association Strata Manager Accreditation Program enables strata managers to gain professional recognition and thereby a competitive advantage, which can enhance their business, and help build a long-term career. Accreditation works to raise strata industry standards overall and is well-recognised amongst owners, consumers and strata employers in the NSW strata industry.

Consumers now demand it and strata managers, in order to remain up-to-date and competitive, need to have it.

Each level of accreditation includes specific obligations to undergo Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in order to maintain their accreditation status.

In NSW, strata managers seeking accreditation must be member of SCA (NSW); submit to our code of ethics; undertake education, professional development; and submit evidence of their competency.
